You must fill out artist application in addition to purchasing piece submission fee. 

Submission for juried art show. Large pieces are anything over 12" x 12". 

Fee is per piece.

Conditions:

ALL JURIED ART MUST REMAIN UNTIL 4:00 Sunday.

Cash prizes will be mailed after the show has concluded.

1.    Juried Art will be set up for display on the stage of the school.  Judging will take place early Saturday morning.

2.    Juried /Fine Art submissions may be dropped off at the school, the week of the show, by Thursday, August 3rd, 12:00-3:00 p.m. Juried art may be collected after the show, at 4:00 p.m. Sunday. 

3.    All submissions must be original work, no copies or partially copied work will be allowed.  In addition, submissions must be no more than 3 years old.

4.    Artwork must be framed, matted, ready to be hung (flat work) or self-supporting (3D work).  Those pieces not properly prepared will not be entered.

5.    All submissions to the Juried Art Show must be listed individually, including the name of the submission, medium and price if you wish for the Art Council to sell the piece. (BVAC commission is 10%).

6.    Winner of the Juried Show agrees to allow the artwork to be used in future promotional flyers, if the BVAC so desires.

7.    Security is not available on a 24-hour basis, however, the Pueblo County Sheriff’s Department will provide deputies during the two-day event and they will be on periodic, routine patrol at night.  The Beulah Valley Arts Council will make every effort to keep artwork safe, and will have someone at the juried art area at all times during the show. 

8.    Artwork that is not picked up by 5:00 p.m. on August 6th will be considered a donation to the Beulah Valley Arts Council.

By signing the registration form, you agree to release the Beulah Valley Arts Council from any and all liability in the event of injury and/or damage or loss of property or goods while participating in the Beulah Valley Arts and Crafts Show.  The BVAC requires the registration form to be signed and dated.
